DARE / SRO Programs

The Ottawa Police Department works with Ottawa Township High School and the Ottawa Elementary School District 141 to provide School Resource Officers (SRO's) and Drug Education Officers to the school systems.

Two Officers are assigned to the Ottawa Township High School as SRO's while one officer is assigned to the Ottawa Elementary School District as an SRO and also provides instruction in the DARE and GREAT programs to the public and parochial elementary schools.  Please follow the links below for more information on these and other important programs.
